Upgrades
We will help you determine which upgrades are required and will run on your equipment, then we can install purchased upgrades.

Backup
We can help you determine your backup needs, along with the appropriate technology to produce a cost effective backup, then install and commission a suitable system for you.

Networks
We design and provide hubs and cables for networks. We will install networks in environments where the cables can be easily laid, ie: we don't run cables through walls, and wireless networks where cables aren't required. Once installed, we will configure the Mac to use the necessary network services (file sharing, printing, internet access)

Internet Access
We can advise on the type of internet access you require, along with the equipment needed to access the service, then we will configure your Macs and/or network to access the service.

New installations
We will set up new Macs and transfer data and applications from old Macs or PCs.

Independent advice
All the advice we provide is independent. We don't have a warehouse full of equipment which we need to sell. All the products we supply we buy to order.

Training
We can provide training for users who are new to Macs and/or OS X, and introductory training on QuarkXPress, InDesign, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Microsoft Office, AppleWorks, iPhoto, iTunes and email.
