WKDS provides on-site Apple Mac support

We come to you and fix your problems. (Apple Mac problems, that is. We are not good with photocopiers, coffee machines, or personal issues.) We are dedicated to, and passionate about, Apple and all its technologies – from the original 1984 Apple Mac, to the latest models of Mac Pro, iMac, MacBook, all the models in between, and of course the supercool new iPad.

We have been providing Apple Mac services: repairs, data recovery, support, maintenance, installations, upgrades, systems analysis and system support to individuals, professionals and companies since 1990: so we know what we're doing. We also know that good, knowledgeable, experienced and reliable yet friendly Apple Mac engineers are hard to come by. This is what we do – full-time! Our aim is to build good working relationships with clients – as well as fixing your computers, of course – and we take pride in the fact that once our clients are with us, they stay with us.

WKDS is located in the East Midlands – Loughborough to be precise – and generally covers the regions of Leicester, Leicestershire, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Derby and Derbyshire. We are willing to – and frequently do – travel further afield (eg, the surrounding counties of Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Lincolnshire and Rutland, as well as London, Gloucester, Birmingham and beyond) if required.

We are NOT Apple dealers. We will not sell you a Mac. We can advise you on what Apple Mac to buy, but you can't buy it from us. We believe this impartial, non-sales-orientated advice and support is exactly what our clients value, and one of the reasons why they keep coming back.

On the other hand, we can supply you with spares such as hard drives and RAM, networking equipment like routers, AirPort wireless cards and cables, and some items of software. Our advice is free. If you need us to visit, there is no call-out charge within an hour's drive of our base, and we charge on an hourly basis with highly competitive rates.
